How to remove your PayTrack account and data
PayTrack stores account information, enrollment and fee records, and payment details to provide its services. If you wish to permanently delete your account and associated personal data, follow the steps below.
How to request deletion
- Send an email from the address associated with your PayTrack account to pingwgc@gmail.com with the subject Account Deletion Request.
- In the message, include your full name, the email address associated with the account, and any helpful identifiers (for example, a username, enrollment ID, or transaction date) to help us locate your data.
- We will verify your request to ensure security and confirm by reply when deletion is completed or if we need additional information.
What will be deleted
- Your account profile (name, email and contact details).
- Enrollment and fee records, invoices and related metadata.
- Payment and bank account details stored on our servers to process transactions and payouts (subject to legal and processor retention policies).
- Exports or cloud backups you asked us to store on your behalf.
Deletion requests are typically processed within 7 working days. If you signed up using a third-party identity provider (for example, Apple, Google, or a payment provider), completing deletion may require additional verification steps.
Deleting local data
Deleting your PayTrack account does not automatically remove any exported files or local copies you previously saved to your device. To remove local copies, delete exported files and uninstall the app or clear app data through your device settings.
